I reserve the right to refuse any project/commission request for any reason.

You are required to contact me before placing an order for a commission.

By commissioning me, you are assumed to have read and agreed to my Terms of Service and a copy will be attached to the invoice.

By default, I reserve rights to keep, showcase, and publish your finished commission on my social media and portfolio. You must specify if you want your commission to be kept private until a later date within reason.

All commissions will be handled as digital goods, and so no physical items will be shipped.

All prices are listed in USD.

All payments will be made through PayPal invoicing.

You have the choice of paying half or full upfront. Work will only start once either of these payments have been made.

Rush orders will incur a +100% of the commission fee.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the remaining amount of work if it cannot be completed for any reason.

You are eligible for a full refund if you choose to cancel before the delivery of a first draft.

After delivery of a first draft, no refunds will be issued unless I am unable to complete the work for any reason.

The delivery time will vary depending on the details and the complexity of your commission. Please be patient!

Most animated screens may be delivered after around 2 - 3 weeks. Estimated delivery time of stream asset packages will be discussed on a project-to-project basis. Note that these are only estimates.

I do not work with deadlines unless initially agreed upon. Rush orders will incur a +100% of the commission fee.

I will provide you an initial draft/design preview to confirm your satisfaction of the creative direction. Succeeding design updates of the same creative direction may be provided occasionally. You may request for updates at any time within reason.

Small revisions following the same creative direction are included but encouraged to be kept brief. Major revisions may incur additional fees.

Deliverables will be sent through a Google Drive folder. You have a week to download the files, after which I will delete them.

Final files will only be delivered after a full payment has been made. If you are already fully paid, the final files will be delivered as soon as they are available.

Please let me know your project brief in detail. This includes your envisioned design elements, colors, included characters, etc. Let's work together to create something amazing!

By default, I, the designer, retain all rights to the designs and allows the client to use the designs for their intended purpose only.

Please credit me by Twitter handle (_antonymmm) wherever applicable.

You, the client, do not have the right to repurpose, redistribute, or modify any of the design work.
